If you want to move up then going from driver to "anywhere worth a bleep" ain't gonna happen. You need to be inside/outside whewre you can learn the ins and outs of the business. In my opinion drivers and mechanics are the most important people but they get pooped on the most. Corporate Obamica unfortunatly.
