I'd be leery of those things that mimic the act of smoking. The only two times I've quit for over 2 years, I had to break all my habits that went along with smoking. I had to find something else to do after eating, a different routine when I woke up, couldn't shoot the **** at the smoking area, etc.
It seems like a fake cigarette doesn't let you make the permanent changes you might need to quit for good.
I had to be totally sick of smelling like smoke and tired of worrying if I had enough smokes to last me the rest of the day (like a friggin heroin junkie), before I could quit. I felt like quitting was 90% mental, and when I was finally sick of it I was able to do it. I also used Wellbutrin the first time and Chantix the second (3+ years now).
