We might call it a ling or a lemonfish, but I would definitely call this thing HUGE, whether you're 7 or 77 years old!

Grafton VA – VBSF wishs 7 year old Brandon Drewry a big congratulation on landing New Pending World Record Cobia. Brandon was fishing the Chesapeake Bay last weekend.
Dr Ken Neill was called to Grafton Fishing Supply to verify the catch. At 79-pounds Brandon’s cobia catch beats the current
Small-Fry World Record by a half pound. The current record holder, Ken Braddy, who was there to help weigh the fish.
The paper work is being filled out for a new record application which should result in a new world record cobia.
