Default Trying to sell interest in my company
Guys:

I am tring to sell some interest in my medical clinic. I am in need of raising around $30,000 and am willing to sell 20% ownership at $1500 per share. 1 share = 1%. I will be willing to split into 4 units of 5% each for $7500 per unit.
