I replaced my own radar and removed my bow rail, brought it to Sterlings to get a new one built, brought it back and the shipyard installed it.
It has a wood coring on the front deck, didn't want to screw it up any way and have to replace it down the line from water intrusion.
I did what I could to cover my insurance deductible. Insurance paid for the rest.
Insurance paid about $4K. After the shipyard called them, it
ended up being around $10K. The insurance was trying to cut me short. Olmstede's saved me a buttload.

I have talked to both Ken and Max, Max seemed to be more on the up and up going to do some of the stringer work myself and get somebody who that has more experience to put the floor in because I want it to look good
