Well me, Micah Hatten, and Donnie Gibbs hauled arse yesterday morning looking for some big girls. Spent alot of time in the water but no hungry trout lurking, so we drifted over a reef picked up some trout and decided to try another spot to try and get out the wind. Pulled up hopped out the boat and boom second cast fish on, it was a red. So we played catch and release with them for a little while, I kept my limit so I can try those redfish patties. Headed back to where we started and found a couple of hungry solid trout. Ended the day late but had a nice little mess of fish and good times with good friends!! Caught everything on LSU Jerk Jr.s, Black/Chart Mullet Jr. with 1/8oz jig head and some trout on a Fat Boy
