Well since i couldnt hunt this weekend due to Mcneese's perfect timing of graduation....
I set my mind on some trout. Headed out to Prien for an easy launch with my brother in law. First two spots we tried were dead... Third was money. caught fish every other cast for an thirty minutes straight then it just shut down. Caught alot of 10-11 inch fish... 4 to 1 ratio on the small to keepers. Ran to a couple other spots after the bite died and manage a few flounder. Ended up with 12 trout and 2 flounder with about 30 throwbacks. Most fish were caught on sparkle beetle, jerk jr., and gulp.
