That is what I was going to tell ask you. Make sure you plan on having somewhere to store it with a roof over it. If not the rubber roof will not last near as long. I keep mine covered as much as possible but it still has mildew stains and weathering just from staying out for a yr or so. My inlaws pay 1000-1200 a yr rent for a storage building to park theirs in. And another regret with mine is i didn't get enough storage. And get the biggest A/C they will sell you or put a 2nd one in it before you leave the dealer. We are miserable camping in July and August.
