Well watched weather report Friday afternoon, and again Friday night all were calling for fog till mid-moring, decided to sleep in Saturday morning woke up at 5:00, NO FOG ANY WHERE IN SIGHT!
Got dressed loaded the boat and my boys and off we went. Wanted to hunt the interior marsh so went on lil scouting trip to try and find a spot, jumped thousand of ducks, but problem was had to walk to get them, and there was no end to the bottom....... very boggy every where we tried, so off we went to our usual spot got set up and waited, and waited, and waited some more. The duck never moved yesterday, we finished with 2 grays, 1 scaup, 1 ringneck. Probably one of the worst days this season as far as duck movement and shooting opportunities, so stayed home today and watching football. Will be back at em again next weekend.
