Just wanted to update everyone. Wyatt has still been unable to move to the next step when it comes to his lungs. Everything else at this point is dependent on him getting healthier lung tissue and having the ability to breath on his on. The doctors attempted to lower Wyatt's settings last night but that was an epic fail. Wyatt may have lasted about 20 minutes on the lower setting before having to be turned back up to the setting he started on. Unfortunately, it didn't stop there. Throughout the night last night Wyatt continued to struggle and is now back where he started before he was turned down two days ago and is struggling at that setting. I am not sure what transpired in that little man's body but he seems to be losing his edge when it comes to the lung battle. I am hoping to hear some theories today from the doctors because Lord knows I am at a lose. I am trying to remain positive but this is so disappointing to think he has not made any real progress (lung wise) in the last month. At this point, we are not sure when Wyatt will come home considering everything else he needs to do, in order to come home, is dependent on the lungs. I will keep everyone updated as I receive information.
