We use them in our marsh in grand chenier but if you gonna use them in the marsh i would suggest making a mudboard. since mine arent waterproof thats what i did. I just cut a piece of 1/2 inch plywood and screwed a 4x6 to it. it will keep your back out of the water but you will still have to wear waders in the blind. here are some pics of the mud boards and one of my cabelas blinds.
