I agree Ratdog. Most of those outdoor shows are all fluff and no fill. I have found a few I like. I like Bob Gouge, Between the Banks and I also like Louisiana Sportsman TV. Kevin Ford is funny. He does not try to act like he is the best fisherman in the world. I like that Bob shows what he is doing and where he is fishing. I enjoy watching fishing shows where I learn something. I don't have someone holding my hand showing me where to fish and what to fish with. I can read all about this bait and that bait and this place or that place but what godlod does tht do for me? He shows you the bait how he fishes it and where he is fishing at on the GPS! That's a fishing show worth watching to me. I fish because I enjoy it. If I don't catch fish I get frustrated. Sure I prefer to catch fish with artificial baits but if the fish aren't biting well out comes the shrimp. I like catching whatever bites too, specks, reds, drum heck even sheep heads. I LOVE catching fish and watching my wife and kids catch too.
