i dont know if its still in effect but they did pass a regulation for people camping out the night before because people trashed it i think two years ago and they said no more but i do know that people went and parked there boats last year so it might have just been a rumor but it had to start somewhere so i would be careful and leave as little trash on the reserve as possible.
