Made a trip sunday with my uncle and his kids,slow start but we managed a couple nice bass and missed a lot of bites. We pretty much Carolina Rigged all day with watermelon seed flukes,which is what all our fish were caught on. We ended up with 2 keepers but it was a blast with the kids,me and my uncle would set the hook and let the kids reel them it and they were loving it. One lesson I learned,which I should have known better is next time I will wear sunscreen,my whole forehead is blistering up.
