Another good day on the water chasing the yellow mouths. On board today I had Sandy Derise with Superior Energy Services, Jerry victoriano, Jerard Victoriano, and Bob Cotten. We had a little late start but found the trout hungry at our first stop. It didn't take long for everyone to start slinging fish over the gunnels. We were quickly on the move when the bite slowed down. It was run and gun today as the bite didn't play out like yesterday. 2-10 fish was common today at each stop, Not like yesterday's two stops. Our last stop found some 16-19 inch trout which was nice to finish it off. Great group of guys to fish with as everyone had a good time, with lots of laughs and jokes being told. Avocado Matrix Shad was the hottest bait once again today with the shrimp creole Matrix and Coco Pepper Cocodrie Cocahoes following. No other baits needed right now. We had the baits double rigged and under a cork today. Thanks guys and Im Iooking forward to our next trip.
