I've had a few inquires about Wyatt and how he is doing. I wanted to share with everyone what has been going on since he has gotten home. I can tell you that even though he didn't come into this world like most babies he is like the rest of them when it comes to keeping his parents awake all night. It has been a learning experience getting used to a baby that is on oxygen and all that comes with it. It can be difficult at times being tethered to a machine and not having the mobility to go from room to room with Wyatt in tow. All this being said we would not trade it for the world and are cherishing every moment we have with our little miracle. Wyatt's latest check-ups have been great. It appears that Wyatt's eyes are recovering from the ROP he was born with and he should see just fine from here on out. The doctors are telling us he will be on oxygen at the longest for 6 months so that is great news in our book. Wyatt is weighing in at 9 pounds 1.5 ounces and has started to smile and coo. I think that wraps up all the latest news so I'll get back to loving on him.
