I use Aluminum cuz its affordable. If you can swing the stainless, get it...Will last longer and retains heat better. I use a 60qt for small batches, 100 qt for a sack at a time or a big run of crabs, and a Randy Topher (out of Eunice) pot I put on my utility trailer for larger boils.... 200 pounds crawfish max...150 lbs most efficient...But he makes one sackers for efficient smaller boils...
