It was great to have my good customers Rick and **** Woolsey back on board the big Bluewave. Rick came in from California to get a trip in with his dad. These guys have been fishing with me for right at four years and have never had one bad trip yet!! Our streak continued today as we filled the box up and left them biting. Nice solid trout up to 20 inch's. Double rigged Avocado Matrix, Coco Pepper Cocodrie Cocahoes, and Geaux Glow TTF KFM's along with blueback swimbaits put the hurt on the yellow mouths. A slow steady retrieve was the key to success today. As always big thanks to my crew for another memorable trip for the books.
Thanks goodness for Swamp Swatter, as the GNATS were thick today with no wind blowing. I dont recommend leaving the dock without it.
