Once you get out of the pass it is clear all the way to Tiger Shoals. Just keep an eye on the wind and seas as it can be a dangerous run back if it picks up.
Follow the other posters instructions about staying in the middle of the channel. The channel is very deep but the reef comes right up to some of the channel markers.
Its not a bad run but you should respect the water and know you and your boats limitations.
