Do a reset and if that don't work do a hard rest which is different from a regular reset. When you do the hard reset pop the sim card out when it shuts down and before you power back up put the sim card in first then power up. I have tapatalk and it still ask if I want the app just say no or cancel and it stop for a month or so. Hope this helps.
