best purchase for my new house six years ago. You set the temperature yout want and its there all day long. In my shower i need no cold water valve. I set the temp turn hot water side on only and get in there is no hot cold mixing to get the temp the way you want the water. i purchased one of the first reani brand heaters in lake charles and have had no problems
