Big Lake 6-10-12
A good friend and his son and I got to Hebert's about 7:30. Our plan was to cover a lot of water so he could learn how to get around the lake and also to put some fish in the boat as well. We accomplished both goals. Put the hook in about 40-50 fish. Lots of small trout and gafftop. Put around 20 keepers in the boat. Had a mixed bag of trout, reds and flounder. We caught on everything in the box except topwater. Avocado, glow/chart, gulp, and gold spoons. All in all a great day. EC
