Glad you are on the board.
I use to buy a new F150 every two years and gave the selling dealer all my service due to the relationship with service writer David Monk. He knew I was busy and when I would call for a quick oil change he said yes I can do it or no. Got all my transmission flushes, new tires, flush radiator, etc. I would give him the little piddly stuff when do oil change like windshield wipers, air filter etc. Even though I could do it cheaper I appreciate the service. Price wise tit for tat to private shop. The good service kept me buying my next truck. My 07 I just came in for oil change and close to being up for a new truck. Saw truck I liked and bought it didn't think twice due to I knew David would take care of the truck. Truck wise I probably paid the same maybe more on one or two of my trucks.

When dealer changed staff in service department I tried a new Ford dealer. After that I changed over to Dodge. I do not keep a truck long enough to test the longterm reliability. What I like is the service department. Putting over 100,000 miles in two years on a truck service side important to me.
