Default Bolton Ford understands SERVICE

I have to chime in here. When I moved back to Louisiana last year, I needed a new vehicle for my wife. I have always dreaded buying vehicles, because of all the BS that goes on at the dealership. I really don't like to haggle, and the entire process usually just makes me frustrated and angry. Well, I ended up considering Ford (which I had never owned before). I just have to say that Bolton Ford impressed me every step of the way. They understand customer SERVICE. I did not have a whole day to spend at the dealership, so I called and told them what I was interested in and what I wanted to pay. We talked for a few minutes on the phone, and JOHN ROBINSON told me what he had. I drove to the dealership, the vehicle was out front, cleaned up, and he was waiting for me. I liked it and told him I wanted my wife to check it out. No problem. She went to the dealership, they gave her the keys and told her to drive it home and try it out for a day. Not only that, JEREMY SOILEAU got me a ridiculous amount of money for the vehicle my wife was trading in. I could go on and on. Even after the purchase, they continue to go the extra mile. For what it's worth, we bought the Expedition, and it has been even better than we expected. Of course, the quality vehicle is important, but Bolton's service is why my next truck will be a Ford. Thanks KING. Your staff is amazing.
