Had a birthday party at our house yesterday evening for my mother-in-law. I took care of the chicken, burgers and Appetizers. I slow cooked some boudin on the pit and then popped these jalapeño's on right before the burgers went on. They were gone in a flash. Stuffed most of them with cream cheese and a few with breakfast sausage and then wrapped them in bacon.
