Have the parish make them move it. Once 1 person does it, it becomes easier for the next person to do the same. That's why people buy and build in subdivisions, so their neighbor can't do something like that. You may not really care but when it becomes time to sell your house, prospective buyers might not like it and that translates into fewer buyers considering your house.
