We hit up a private lake in Melville and the hogs were out to play. In the deepest part of the lake on brush piles we found em biting on jigs, paca craws, and big worms. They were heavily concentrated on the brush piles so we had at least 4 doubles with pairs of 3+ fish. While my buddy was still taking pics of one of our doubles I caught two 4 pounders back to back- Four 4lb+ fish on 4 cast. They were stacked and it was awesome. Also landed a 7, two 6s and several 4-5lb fish. All fish were released. Awesome day during the dog days of summer.
