Default Advice for those in path

A little advice if you need gas for generator.
Most do the bay boats hold between 40 and 70 gallons.
Fill your boat up it is enought gas for a week of running the generator.
Get a barb splice, disconnect the hose from the water separator, run extra hose out of the drain plug in the boat, hook a reducer up to the size hose your generator has and hook up directly to generator. Now you have a generator with a 40 to 70 gallon tank. I had my offshore boat for Gustavo 250 gallons hooked directley to the generator. Only time I would shut it down was to change the oil. We were out of power for 12 days..
