There are 2 little arms on each side of the place where you put the shells in. They are curved inward a little bit. While a full shell is in the magazine, you can see what im talking about because its the little piece that actually holds the shell in the mag. If you were to push on that little arm that holds the shell, it would drop the shell. That little are tends to wear out after alot of usage. Take your gun apart and pull that arm out and BARELY bend it out to where it makes more contact with the shell in your mag.
Whats happening, is because that arm is wore out, the recoil of your gun jars it and drops your shell..
