this is true just had lunch with my hospital customer...they will receieve a percentage of reimbursements based on the hospitals customer rating!! Meaning if their rating is lower and lets say they have a $500 reimbursement the goverment only has to pay them $100 because of a low rating...not good.
expect an explosion of adn lpns and the like as the patient influx will overload doctor PAs and NPs...which will cheapen the nurses pay...which includes my wife...awesome.
