I just had to do this when I sold by jon boat and couldnt find the trailer title.

Went to title place (Thib's Titles) and got a duplicate. Cost me I think $63 (cash or check only) and title shows up in a week. I did also have the registration for it that showed title number, but they should be able to look it up in the system.

Once new title comes in, get notary or title service to fill out info on back, yall sign, and you maill it off with the fee.
