I agree, I've also gone to court over some and talked to a traffic prosecutor before hand and had the option of paying a non moving violation instead of going to court and paying court cost + ticket if you lose! and the non moving is usually $20 cheaper, they just want your $$$! now as far as they saying you went 70+ in a 50! you might not have the option of not going to court if it is 20mph over!
