Basinmaster the bunks are fairly slick and just for safety I plan to leave the boat hooked to the trailer until I am far enough down the ramp and the boat is in the water. I have not had a chance to load it on the trailer but Kevin at Sport Trail assured me that loading will be a breeze. I'll let you know how it goes when I get a chance to try it out.
