Turtle Soup and Turtle Sauce Piquant
I need the low down on how to make these, starting with where or how to get the meat (catch myself, or a store with local turtle). These are 2 of my favorite and I have NEVER tried to make them - I'm a little ashamed.
Anybody willing to help me out?
