Work Sharp
To the guys with the Work Sharp Knife Sharpener.
Do you find some knives sharpen better than others?
I have some knives that my father in law brought me (Slitzer) I also have a set of knives that my brother bought me. WolfGang Puck crap and I can't get a good edge on them.
I have some cheap dexter russel, a few chicago cutlery and a Real nice Wustof Silver Point that i sharpened and I can skin a gnats *** with them.
