The foreman offshore knows more about running the rig, yep I would agree with that. The CEO probably knows a little bit more about managing
[SIZE=2][SIZE=2][/SIZE][/SIZE]cash flow and making payroll. This is a financial issue not a who can find the oil and run the rig issue. Again let's drop it, I wish I would have never pointed out was is very obvious to the rest of us to you.
