I should have said.......you should not connect natural gas to a burner that is designed for propane to use to boil seafood.

A propane burner has a much smaller "orifice" and will not allow enough natural gas to flow into the burner to produce enought heat to boil seafood. Propane gas has about 5 times more "energy" than the same amount of natural gas.
