I cut the breast off each side of the bird on my last one. I seasoned it with lots of Tony's and put in on the BBQ pit for 30 minutes [not sure of the time]. I put some BBQ sauce on it just before it was done cooking.

Came out great. I got the other side of the breast in the freezer, and might do the same.

I also tirmed several thin pices off the Turkey breast and "fried" them in a skillet with some butter and sprinkled with Tony's.

I baked a whole wild turkey one time, complete with stuffing. I injected it first and let it sit for a couple hours. Breast meat was great, but after chewing on some leg meat for 5 minutes......let's just say it was very tuff.
