[Natural Light Kid]

I have an optimax 225 that I would like to raise 1 notch on the transom of my bay boat. Does anyone have any experience raising a motor this size by themselves or am I going to have to have a professional do this. I've done it with a yamaha before, but the transom mounting bracket was slotted so I was able to slide it up with a jack. The mercury bracket only has holes and I don't think it can be done the same was as the yamaha.
