Unfortunately I can't remember them all. There are a bunch, though. I don't want it to be thought of as, "I'll give you XXX if you give me $XX.XX". I'd rather it be, "Thanks for helping to support the site. For your support, I'm going to give you XXX in return."
A little surprise is good sometimes.
