Got the active because it is supposed to be water proof. Found out right away that it is not. I got att to replace it after 2 hours of arguing. Circular argument goes:
Me: it got wet and stopped working,but it is only 2 days old, so it is under warranty
Them: it is water damaged so we won't replace it
Me: it is supposed to be water proof, that is why I bought it
Them: it is water damaged, so we won't replace it
Me:have you seen the commercial or read the banners all over your store
Repeat cycle x20 or so, get different rep, start over, x3. Two hours later, they agree to send a new one
Other than that, it is great.
