190 is the best route, get on at 415. Speed traps are Livonia, krotz springs, and port barre all 3 towns are 45mph. Only other trap is pointe coupee parish which 190 is 55 mph (erwinville-krotz springs). Just pay attention and you won't have any problems. It's about an hour from 415 to Opelousas.
