No prop will make maneuvering better...more throttle and time behind the wheel does though. A 4 blade is mostly hype....only time I find a 4 blade useful is with a tunnel hull or running the motor super high on a jack plate. 4 blade will not give you a better holeshot,the right pitch will. Like I mentioned my dad had the exact same setup with a yamaha pro series 21 pitch and got great holeshot and topped out at 63-65 mph
