Cool web site and operation. My wife and I owned a farm business in Ohio for a decade where we raised naturally fed beef, along with apples, grapes, and pears until the landowner sold the property. We couldn't quite manage the grass/hay production all 12 months to produce the quality beef we wanted, so we ended up growing turnips in the fall and feeding some corn also. Driving around south Louisiana, I often find myself salivating over the grass and thinking what a great place to raise grass fed beef.
