Headed out for a little bass action and found em biting topwater. Threw back several 12-13 inch largemouth until I got on a good one that broke me off with the bait in his mouth.... 3 minutes later while replacing the bait I see a fsih 20 yards away jump outta the water and spit the TW plug with about 20 yards of string attached to it.... talk about LUCK.
Retied and went to town on a few largemouths around 3lbs. TW bite died at 7 and went straight to C-riggin. Caught 4 spotted bass on the C rig and called it a day around 9am.
