fished it a couple days ago, caught bass and trout at same spot near the spillway at barrier. It was only good when the water was moving over the spillway. We used live bait and the smaller the better, had a couple of large live shrimp and would not get touched. lots of floating hydrilla though to fight with. Once we ran out of live bait they did not want to touch the artificial. Like someone mentioned earlier, it is very shallow around the spillway in certain areas and lots of stuff in the water so use caution. Good Luck. The workers do not get there til 7 to open the spillway and the barrier. Fished from about 730 to 9 and called it a day.
