If your gonna go rechargeable handheld this is the way to go. It's not waterproof, it doesn't float, but it has a 560 lumen output for hours on end. I have two that we use for frogging. We'll go multiple trips before charging them. There are some improvements that could be made in the durability of them, but they work awesome. Great light for only $60.
