I know the Vietnamese girl at work said that after she married an American, she has a 3 year period before she is an actual citizen. I always thought it was immediate, but apparently not. She still has a year and a half left..... There's still hope for a divorce!
As far as moving here and going the paperwork route, I have no clue. I would assume you could just buy the right paperwork from the trunk of somebodies car!
