Played a quick 9 this morning then decided to light it up. I ordered the Maverick ET-732 for temperature gauge, really excited about the wireless remote. Marinated some country style ribs in mustard and steens syrup then dusted them with dry rub before they went on. Got the temp right and went in to watch Bubba's victory lap at the masters.

Slapped some of Church Points own Daigle's Sweet&Sour on before pulling them off. End result was knuckle lickin, melt in your mouth BBQ.
