Some buddies and I are dragging the bay boat down to venice for a week after mothers day. How are things around red pass? How about the south pass jetty and beach? Anyone been in freshwater bayou lately? This is my first time taking my own boat to venice. Any info would be greatly appricated. We plan to play with the fly rods mostly and just go easy and take it all in. We will be staying at delta marine in empire if anyone wants to come drink a beer with us and grill some deer, ducks, and hopefully a few fish!
